A unique trading opportunity
The Cranleigh Farm & Food Festival offers exhibitors a unique trading opportunity in the heart of the Surrey countryside. Our visitors come from a wide area around the South East of England; they are discerning and quality driven and are interested in an extensive range of optimal goods and services. The celebration of the countryside is the essence of our festival, so we particularly welcome applications from sole traders and small businesses with a rural emphasis. We are however keen to attract businesses of all types. The Festival is a great place for go-ahead businesses to exhibit and our trader profile covers everything from hand crafted items and delicious food to garden furniture and electric cars.

Applications can be made by submitting the online application form, or by down loading the relevant application form and submitting by post or email. Applications must be supported by a completed Health & Safety questionnaire which can be downloaded below. It is a requirement that all Exhibitors have their own insurance and evidence of this will need to be submitted with your application.

Trade stands are an integral part of the Cranleigh Farm & Food Festival and browsing along our trade stand avenues provides a unique shopping experience for our visitors. Our trade pitches are for those who have their own marquee/gazebo/trailer and just require an open space to erect it in. Please note there is no electricity for trade stands. If electricity is required, traders must bring their own quiet diesel generator. Owing to fire hazards, petrol generators are NOT permitted on the showground.
The stand sizes come in 3 metre, 6 metre or 12 metre depths and start with 3 metre frontage going up in 1 metre sections.

Complete the online Trade Stand Booking Form
You will need to attach your own risk assessment or complete a copy of our Health & Safety questionnaire and scan it to your computer as a PDF to attach to your application.
You will need a scanned copy of your public liability insurance to attach to your application.
If you would rather apply by post, please print and complete a copy of the Trade Stand Booking Form 2026 document, which contains all the information you need to book, including prices and an application form. The application form and relevant documentation can be returned by email or by post.
inside pitches - FARM FOOD MARQUEE
New for this year: an optional Farm Food Only marquee.
Designed to showcase farm-produced food in one clear area, the marquee helps visitors navigate the show and supports high-quality presentation of produce. All pitches are booked in the usual way, with this undercover option introduced following producer feedback. This area is intended for retail farm-produced food to take home, rather than food for consumption on site. Bringing these producers together creates a clear destination for visitors and supports the presentation of produce.
Rural trades and traditional crafts
These pitches are offered free of charge to exhibitors who make all, or the majority of, their own merchandise and who are willing to add interest with demonstrations or ‘hands-on’ involvement from our visitors, wherever possible. 'Rural trade or traditional craft’ includes activities such as basketry, beekeeping, blacksmithing, broom making, chair caning, hedge laying, print making, spinning, stone masonry, thatching, weaving, woodworking, etc. If you are unsure if your trade qualifies, please contact the Secretary prior to booking.If you would like to be part of our 2027 Show, please ensure you have read the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions 2027 and then download and read a copy of the Rural Trades & Traditional Crafts Pitch Booking Form and Information, complete the Application Form contained within, and return by email or post.
